Food Tent (Hot Foods) 10×10 Tent Space = $250

Food Tent (Baked Goods/Drinks) 10×10 Tent Space = $200

Merchandise Tent 10×10 Tent Space = $150

Truck/Trailer Spaces:

Truck Space (Merchandise/Services) 10’ × 24’ Truck Space =$200

Truck Space (Hot Foods) 10’ × 24’ Truck Space “No Prep Tent” =$250

Truck Space (Hot Foods) 10’ × 24’ *Plus “Prep Tent 10’×10’ = $350

Acceptance Selection Process: We will begin the selection process within 1 month and until the application officially closes on Sunday July 19th 2026.

If selected: You will receive an invitation invoice email from info@agendava.com with a payment link due immediately.
